Rates (United States)
- $4.99 flat rate on orders under $30 USD
- Free standard shipping on orders of $30 USD or more
Processing time
Every order is decanted fresh and packed by hand, which takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping to the United States typically arrives within 5–12 business days after shipping. All orders include tracking.
Customs and duties (US orders)
Orders ship from Canada through a fully tracked, customs-compliant service. Import processing is handled in transit — you will not be asked to pay duties or brokerage fees at your door. If a carrier ever requests a payment on delivery, contact us at support@skincaresplit.com before paying and we'll resolve it.
Packaging
Glass vials are individually wrapped and cushioned, and caps are sealed to prevent leaks in transit. If anything still arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — we'll replace or refund damaged items.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than a week past the estimated window, email support@skincaresplit.com with your order number. Packages with no tracking movement for 15 business days past the estimated delivery window are treated as lost and replaced or refunded.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout — orders lost due to customer address errors aren't eligible for refund, though we'll reship returned packages at cost.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Rates for Canada and other destinations are shown at checkout.
